Billy Reinhardt, 52, of Highland Springs, VA passed away unexpectedly, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

 

Billy was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Robert Reinhardt, and Nannie Ruby Reinhardt, father William Reinhardt, mother Cheryl Wooldridge and step mother Alice Reinhardt as well as his brother Bobby Seat .

 

He is survived by The love of his life Barbara Toney, his children Brittany Reinhardt, Austin Reinhardt, Tierra Johns , William Reinhardt III and Thomas Francis IV. His grandchildren Eden, Alayla, and Meeko Jr., uncles Robert Reinhardt Jr (Mason), brothers Bobby Reinhardt (Anne), Colton Reinhardt, Billy Seat, sisters Terry Garrett, Faith Holt, Linda Finney, Susan Simmons, Cathy O’ Donnell, Ex wife/friend, Jennifer Nye and a host of family and friends. (Loved ones)

 

Billy was very intelligent. His passion was tattooing! He loved to draw, telling stories and making everyone laugh, animals (Karma). He enjoyed going to the Bull Dog park and walked 9 mile road daily in Highland Springs. He was  Jack of all trades, master of none! 

 

Billy was a proud father and papa he loved his family very much!

 

A celebration of his life will be at a later date!!
