I tasked my sister with finding cremation services for my husband when he was in his final days. I asked her to call all the local funeral homes and crematoriums and to make a decision based on their customer service over the phone. She selected Richmond Coach. Cathy and her staff were extremely professional and compassionate during a very difficult time. Each step of the process was communicated well and promptly. I’ve heard horror stories from friends of terrible service from other places. Cathy and her team made everything seamless and as easy for me as possible.

Dear Kathy, the kids and I would like to thank you and you staff for the excellent service your company provided after the death of my husband/father/pop-pop. From the time you picked my husband up from the house, until you delivered his ashes to us, every step along the way was done with much dignity and live. It was such a comfort to us to see how you lovingly wrapped him up with the pillow and comforter. I couldn’t bear to see him carried out of the house, but my daughter stayed and watched; she said dad would have been so pleased with the way everything was handled.
