Sherry Lynn Slayton passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 62. Her battle with serious medical issues showed her courage and determination in facing life challenges. Despite the pain and struggles Sherry stayed strong until the end. Sherry was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert (Bobby) Slayton, her father Walter M Ramsey Sr. She is survived by her three children Lyn (Raymond), Christopher (Trista) and Felicia. Stepchildren, Tina, Rob and Timmy.  Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Her mother Virginia Stephens, 2 Sisters, 3 brothers and a large extended family and her close friend,  Cynthia Andrews and family.  A memorial ceremony will be held at Richmond Coach and Cremation Service on May 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
