Sheila Laverne Kelley, born August 26, 1958 to the late James Kelly and Dorothy E. (Reaves) Kelly entered into eternal rest November 29, 2023.

 

Sheila was educated in the Richmond Public School system and went on to finish her 12th year through the Richmond Opportunities Industrialization Center INC., (ROIC) where she received her GED. Continuing her education, she began working in healthcare most of her life and loved working with the elderly. 

 

In addition to her parents, Sheila is preceded in death by her sister, Doris T. Jones; brother’s, Albert Kelly and Stanley Reaves; and nephew Jovon Kelly.

 

Sheila is survived by her son Elvon Kelley; grandchildren; sister’s, Claudette Kelly, Vernice Anderson, Rose Kelly, and Barbara Kelly Clarke (James); 1st cousins, Gilbert Tyler (Arlene), Barbara Tyler Simpson; nieces and nephews, Laura Thompson, Leroy Thompson, Jeffrey Thompson, Donna K. Young (Keith), Charlotte K. Turner (Landon), Donald Kelly, Charles Kelly, Tanesha Jackson, Albert Anderson III, Tramon Bailey, Lovonia Kelly, Sean Kelly (Mia), Shawndra Kelly Langley (Alonzo), Latoya Kelly, 

Dominic Clarke (Olivia), Krystal Clarke, and a host of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
