Robert Washington Norton “Pops” was born on November 1, 1957, and passed on July 28, 2023.  He is survived by his wife, Pam Norton, his children, Nevada Norton (Kimberly), Robert Norton (Patricia), and Mathew Norton (Kayla), his grandchildren, Nate, Jake Jamie, Jonathan, Laurie-Ann, Nova, and Lilly Faye, his great-grands, Spencer, Eli, and Delilah, and his siblings, Roy (Donna), Betty, and Dennis.  He is proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Lois Norton.  He was a truck driver for 40 years and an avid biker. 

The Trucker’s Last Ride

He traveled the roads

In years gone past.

A life he chose and

Hope it would last.

Driving all night

From state to state,

And arriving home so late.

He parked his truck now.

His engine stopped,

And those who love him

Their hearts have dropped.

He traveled the country

With a smile of great pride.

Now he drives the streets of heaven

On the Truckers Last Ride.
