Mason, Mary Margaret, 79, of Richmond, VA, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2024, surrounded by her family.  God welcomed a unique angel to her eternal home.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lewis Mason, and parents, William Lester “Les” Younger and Mary Fazzi Younger.  Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Bridget and Michael Murrell, of Glen Allen, grandchildren, Madison Loran Murrell and Robert Tyler Murrell, siblings, William Lester Younger, Jr., Dorothy Younger Richards, and Elizabeth Younger Stevens.  We would like to express special thanks to our angel on earth, Cynthia Green, for her exceptional caregiving.  Mary Margaret will be remembered for her quick wit, strong will, and her ability to make you laugh.  Everyone who knew her adored her sense of humor and the twinkle of mischief in her eyes.  A celebration of life will be held at Richmond Coach & Cremation Service (8500 Staples Mill Road, Henrico, VA 23228) on March 2nd at 11:00am.  In continuation of her celebration of life, family and friends are welcome to attend Kitchen 33 (13155 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059) for refreshments and hors d’oeuvres in her honor.  There will be a private interment at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to the ASPCA.
