Memorial Obituary for Kenneth (Kenny) Rich who died peacefully in his sleep in Richmond, VA on February 13, 2023, after a short heart related illness. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Corine Charles Gary and brother Phillip Barno of Newport News, VA. He was born January 9, 1960 in Florence, SC and spent the majority of his childhood in Philadelphia, PA with his aunt, the late Irene Charles Douglas. He later moved to Newport News, VA, attended Menchville High School and began working in that area. He enjoyed sharing a laugh and good conversation with his special friend Tara Burnley and other family and friends. A cremation will be done the last week in February. There will be no formal memorial service.
