It is with a profound sorrow that I read of the death of your wife Kathy. While we have never met, I know you from St. Francis in Loretto, and can/must believe that you have been a wonderful husband to an equally wonderful wife over these 50+ years. My heart aches for you and I trust that you will be surrounded by the rich love and support you both need and deserve during this difficult time. May you find peace in knowing that you will be with her again in that experience of no more tears, but true and everlasting joy. I pray with you, “May the angels come out to greet Kathy! May the saints and martyrs welcome her. May she find the family who passed before her ready to gravitate to her and welcome her to the Eternal Banquet.
