Gerald William Savoie, 78, of Plantation, Florida sadly left us on December 23, 2022, following a short battle with cancer. He was the son of Albanie and Josephine (Doucet) Savoie, born on June 28, 1944. Gerald grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts then moved to Florida in his later years where he was an avid boater.

Gerald was preceded in death by his wife Janet Savoie, who he was married to for 22 years, and his sister Linda (Charles) Casella. He is survived by his children Michelle (Brett) Fischer, Gerald (Pamela) Savoie Jr., Robert Savoie, and sister Paula (Steven) Withrow. Gerald is also survived by his stepchildren, grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

There will be a committal ceremony at Massachusetts National Cemetery Connery Ave, Bourne, MA 02532 on June 28, 2023, at 2:30pm. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
