Charles “Chuck” Edward Loving, Sr., 72, of Mechanicsville, VA, went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2023. Chuck was born on June 10, 1951 to June and Russell Loving in Richmond, VA. After graduating from Henrico High School in 1970, he received an Engineering Degree from ODU in 1984. In 1976, he met Ann McLaughlin, they wed in 1978, and later had two children; Megan and Chip. He was an active member of New Bethesda Baptist Church. Chuck spent much of his time spreading the word of the Lord to any and all who would hear.

Chuck joins his parents, Russell and June; and his siblings Peggy Peay and Benjamin Mattox in Heaven. Chuck is survived by his wife, Ann; his two children, Megan, Chip (Emily); and four grandchildren, Avery, Russell, Allison and Andrew.

The family will receive friends at 10am on Saturday, November 11 with a Memorial service directly following at 11am at New Bethesda Baptist Church, 9019 New Bethesda Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116.
