Betty T. Grant, 78, of Prince George, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024.  Born in Prince George County, on May 21, 1945.  She was the daughter of the late Ralph Thomas and Missouri Annabelle Griffin and was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond W. Grant, her son, Gary W. Grant, and her two brothers and sister.  Mrs. Grant was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Prince George and was retired from Hopewell Public Schools.  She is survived by her children, Tammy Grant, Jeffrey Grant, Carol Knowles (Mark); grandchildren, Heather Hall, Holly Grant Smith, Gary Wesley Grant, Jr., Crystal Grant, Samantha Grant, Amanda Conner, Andrew Gunn (Hunter), Aaron Gunn, Austin Knowles (Autumn), Alexander Knowles; eight great-grandchildren.  There will be a graveside service at Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, South Prince George, VA 23805, at 11am, Monday, April 15th.  Followed by a Celebration of Life at Unity Baptist Church, 4951 Mt. Sinai Rd., Prince George, VA 23875, at 12pm.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Unity Baptist Church.
