Amber Umphlette

Amber Alexandra Adele Wright Umphlette, age 44, of Dunnsville, Virginia passed away on July 29, 2022. Amber, a registered nurse at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, is survived by her husband of 20 years, Robert E. Umphlette of Dunnsville, VA,  her mother Catherine Mullis of Dunnsville, VA, Step-father Lawrence “Larry” Wright {Newport News, VA}, her father,  Harold “Harry” Bonnell, mother-in-law Shirley Umphlette, father-in-law Charlie Umphlette, 2 sisters;  Brandi Blackwood { West Point, VA}, and Corrie Reagan {Newport News, VA}, 2 brothers; Aaron Wright {Newport News, VA} and Dwayne “Casper” Wright {Washington State} and several nieces and nephews.   A memorial service for Amber will be held at her church, The Center Cross Church of God, 141 Byrds Bridge Road, Center Cross, VA 22437, on August 27^th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Healthy Harvest Food Bank, 55 Commerce Pkwy, Warsaw, VA 22572, (804) 250-2277 or Turner Syndrome Society of the United States at https://www.turnersyndrome.org/
