Jacqueline Lee Disse

Disse, Jacqueline Lee of Maidens, Virginia  passed away peacefully at home Sunday, September 6, 2020 surrounded by family. Born in Richmond, but spent  years raising her family in her beloved Short Pump.  She was the daughter of the late Cabell and Elizabeth Jordan.  Preceding her in death, were her parents, a sister Bonnie Barnes and her dear brother Cabell Jordan.  She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 53 years, Edward L Disse Jr, her daughters Lisa Harris (Douglas), Kathy Disse-Dmytryszyn (Jeff Randazzo) and her son Edward L Disse III (Mary Stewart), five grandchildren Matt Harris, Kaitlyn Dmytryszyn (Ryan Tharp), Kanyon Dmytryszyn, Hailey Disse, Brooke Disse and two great grandchildren Brayden and Alayna Harris.  She is also survived by many other family and friends.  Jackie loved spoiling her grandchildren, they were the light of her life, she loved animals, planting flowers, yard work, hunting for treasures at yard sales and bingo nights with her friends.  The family would like to say thank you to her nurse Raye and her aide Len for their assistance.  A celebration of life will be held in the Memorial Garden at St Matthews United Methodist Church at a future date. God has called her home, but she will be dearly missed by those she has left behind.
