Peggy J. Bullinger, 86, passed away on April 8, 2024.  She is proceeded in death by her parents, Edith & Luther, her husband, Frank, son, Keith Kitchen, and sister, Jo Rowe.  She is survived by her daughter, Karen, and son-in-law, Tony, her granddaughter, Lindsey Justis, sisters, Patty and Marie (Sissy), and numerous nieces and nephews.  Peggy retired from VCU and was an avid bowler.  We will have a celebration of her life on April 27, 2024, at Pine Street Baptist Church, 400 S. Pine Street, Richmond, VA 23220, at 1pm.
