Robert Franklin Webb

Robert Franklin Webb, born in Washington Court House, OH on January 21, 1981, peacefully passed away on March 7, 2024, after a courageous battle with illness at the age of 43. He is survived by his three cherished children: Nikki (Wyatt), Bryan (Karley), and Bradley Webb. His mother, Rebecca Webb, and niece Hannah Waggoner, along with various cousins, also mourn his loss. He is preceded in death by his father, Randy Webb, and sister, Brandy Waggoner.

Robert, a painter, gamer, and skilled welder, faced life’s challenges with humor. Despite illness hindering his handiness around the house, his legacy of laughter and resilience endures. Married for over 20 years to his childhood sweetheart, Dawn, they prioritized their children even after parting ways.

An avid gamer, Robert spent countless nights engrossed in World of Warcraft on his PC or exploring adventures on his PS4. When his sight waned, he found joy in watching his son Bryan carry on the gaming tradition.

Robert’s warm camaraderie touched those he worked with at Era Cemetery and later at North State Steel. His ability to forge friendships was exemplified by his lifelong best friend, Jon Baird. Remembered for his humor, Robert never met a stranger he couldn’t befriend.

A memorial to celebrate Robert’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Diabetes Association, reflecting Robert’s enduring struggle with diabetes throughout his adult life.
