Charity E. “Krush” Armstrong
June 22, 1981 – September 18, 2023
Beloved sister and aunt
Charity E. “Krush” Armstrong suddenly departed this life on Monday, September 18, 2023 at the VCU Medical Center in Richmond Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Merl Armstrong and the late Barbara J. Armstrong. She was born on June 22, 1981 in Danville Illinois. Charity “Krush” was a very outgoing, big hearted and loving young lady that never met a stranger. She had big dreams of becoming a psychologist of which she studied at Capell University. She also wanted to be her own boss and so many more things especially in music. She was big on family and touched so many lives in so many different ways, even if it was just
a friendly hello.
She and her brother were two peas in a pod. When you saw one, best believe the other one was not far behind. There was no separating the two until she became an aunt. Becoming an aunt was the best thing that had ever happened to her. She adored and loved her nephews oh so much and had so many things planned for them to do, but nothing can ever take the place of the short time they spent together.
Surviving are her brother, Matthew Armstrong (Azia); two nephews, Renzo Armstrong, Lonzo Armstrong; two bonus nephews, Quincy Parrish and Jace Thomas; all from Richmond Virginia. Her Grandmother, Nazarene Howard, three aunts; Vera Johnson (Johnnie), Twyla Harris (Stacey), Tanisha Howard (Travis) and one uncle; Victor Johnson (Tasha) All of Greenville South Carolina. Along with a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
You are not forgotten, loved one, Nor will you ever be
As long as life and memory last
We will remember thee.
We miss you now
Our hearts are sore
As time goes by we’ll miss you more.
Your tender smile, Your loving face
No one will ever fill your place.
Your Loving Brother & Your Loving Nina
