Deborah Elizabeth Rubinstein, formally Balega, born on July 12^th 1966 began her eternal rest on August the 18^th, 2023 at the young age of 57. Deborah passed from a multitude of health complications but is finally at peace and no longer in pain.

 

Debbie, as most knew her, is survived by her Husband William Rubinstein, her 4 beautiful daughters Jacqueline Estelle Rubinstein, Allisa Marie Wyndham, Danielle Jean Rubinstein, and Michelle Lynn Rubinstein, her grandson, Colton Jackson Wyndham and her son-in law, Bradley Wyndham. Debbie is also survived by her older sister Linda O’Gorman and husband John O’Gorman, along with her younger brother Amel Balega Jr., his wife Denise Balega, and their father Amel Balega Sr.

 

Debbie grew up with her family up north, graduated from Garfield high school in Garfield NJ, and went on to work as an EMT, followed by careers in accounting. She moved with her husband and four children to Midlothian Virginia in 2008 where she resided until she passed.

 

Debbie was a kind woman, a loving wife and devoted mother who will forever be missed.
