David Joseph Sims, born January 11, 1974, died peacefully at home on Friday, July 14, 2023.

 

David is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Pat Sims; three brothers, Lee Sims(Cindi), Steven Sims(Reva), Adam Sims(Lindsey); three nieces, Raven, Emmie, and Kayla; three uncles, Richard Alsterberg, Donnie Alsterberg(Bethany), Larry Sims(Sherree); one aunt, Lois Marshall; and numerous cousins and friends.

 

David was a hard worker and a self employed contractor who was multi talented. He was a fighter in many different aspects of life. David was the type of friend that would give you the shirt off his back and lived his life his way to the end.

 

David has left a hole in many of our hearts but we know he is at peace and is watching over all of us.

 

David’s request was to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held on August 5, 2023 from 11am-2pm at Bryan Park Bar & Grill.
